Merci Stéphanie! ... Vendre un bien au bon prix est une gageure dans l'immobilier. 3 mois de mise en vente... Nous étions dans le délai canonique :) ... surtout sur un marché faible.

C'était effectivement encore un de ces dossiers délicats dans les montagnes Ardéchoises ( pré-cévènnes / Vallée de la Drobie ) avec pas mal d'intervenants ! Merci à toi et à ton épouse (et fils!) pour votre persévérance et on se retrouve un jour à l'Auberge de Peyre pour fêter ça !!

Vous êtes adorable !! Très heureux que vous ayez trouvé le bien qui correspond à vos attentes ! ... "Vendre c'est servir" disait un de mes mentors... Je vous souhaite donc une belle installation en sud Ardèche et nous nous retrouverons très certainement à l'une ou l'autre opportunité : marché du samedi matin à Aubenas ou Les Vans, Festival Joyeuse Escale qui vient de se terminer ce week-end! ( mais je vous le rappelerai l'an prochain ;) ) ... et / ou la Castagnade de Saint-André-Lachamp !! Un "Must See" en pré-cévennes à l'automne !

A great real estate agent!
I had a great experience working with Vincent Scribe while house hunting in the South Ardèche area. Not only was he friendly and professional, but his expertise in the local market was invaluable. He patiently showed me properties, pointing out things I would have never thought to look for (both good and bad!). His ‘insider’ advice saved me from a lot of potential headaches. I couldn't have asked for a better real estate agent!

Ho C.A. you make my day !! ;) I was so sorry not to be able to find you the right property in south Ardèche. Although, that's life ! Giving advice (sometimes for free ;) ) is a big part of a real estate agent job!
